Shipping policy

At de Piel Bonita, we strive to ship your favorite Korean skincare quickly and safely so you can start your glow-up as soon as possible.

Shipping Times & Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed starting the following Monday.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Typical delivery windows after shipping:

  • United States (domestic): 3–7 business days  

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location, carrier, and customs processing (for international orders).

Shipping Costs & Options

United States

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout via FedEx Ground or USPS Ground Advantage (3–8 business days)
  • Express Shipping: Available at additional cost via FedEx 2Day or USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days)
  • Free shipping: on orders over $99.00 USD

Note: When you qualify for free shipping, the most economical shipping method (Ground / Standard) will be used by default. Faster shipping options are available for an extra fee.

Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if you return the items (unless the return is due to our error). See our Return & Refund Policy.

Payment & Order Confirmation

Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is fully processed. If there is any issue with your payment, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Because we are a small business that processes orders quickly, we have a 12-hour window after placing your order to request cancellations or changes.

  • To cancel your order or make changes (shipping address, products, etc.), please email us at depielbonita@gmail.com within 12 hours.
  • Requests received after the 12-hour window may not be possible, as the order could already be processed or shipped.

For returns, we only accept them in cases where the mistake was on our side (wrong item, damaged, or defective product). We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind. Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy.

    Shipping Address Accuracy

    Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by you.

    If a package is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees (or we can issue a refund minus the original shipping cost).

    International Orders & Customs

    For orders outside the United States:

    • You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees (if any).
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
    • Some countries may restrict certain skincare ingredients. It is your responsibility to check local regulations before ordering.
    • We reserve the right to cancel or hold international orders if they violate import laws.

    Order Tracking

    Once shipped, you can track your package using the tracking number sent to your email. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please email us at depielbonita@gmail.com.

    Delayed or Lost Packages

    We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking whenever available.

    We are not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, strikes, carrier issues, or customs.

    If your package shows as “delivered” but you have not received it, please wait 3 business days before contacting us.

    For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate. If the carrier officially confirms the package is lost, we will issue a replacement or full refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

    Important: We do not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered by the carrier unless the carrier confirms loss after investigation. We strongly recommend keeping tracking information and contacting your local post office if a package is marked delivered but not received.

    Fragile Nature of Skincare Products

    Korean skincare often comes in glass bottles and delicate packaging. We pack with care using protective materials, but we cannot guarantee against breakage during transit. In case of damage during shipping, please contact us immediately with clear photos at depielbonita@gmail.com, and we will resolve it according to our Return & Refund Policy.
