OVERVIEW Welcome to De Piel Bonita! We are an online boutique specializing in authentic Korean skincare and beauty products (K-beauty). The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to De Piel Bonita.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS We are committed to offering genuine, high-quality Korean skincare products. We strive for accurate descriptions, ingredient lists, and images. However, actual colors and textures may vary slightly due to lighting, device screens, or batch differences.
Product information is for educational purposes only. Skincare results vary significantly based on individual skin type, concerns, environment, and consistent use. Our products are cosmetic products only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Always perform a patch test before first use. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, or medical concerns, consult a dermatologist prior to use. De Piel Bonita is not responsible for allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from product use.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit product availability without prior notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND PERSONAL USE Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraud. Your order is not binding until we send you an order confirmation email.
All purchases are intended for personal or household use only. You agree not to resell, redistribute, or export our products for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. We do not authorize resale on third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, social media marketplaces).
All orders are subject to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT Prices are shown in USD for the United States. Prices may change without notice. The price at the time your order is confirmed (excluding shipping and taxes) is the final price.
You authorize us or our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping. We accept major credit cards and other methods available at checkout.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We ship from United States.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon handover to the carrier. For all international shipments (including to Mexico), you are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on De Piel Bonita (including logos, text, product images, descriptions, and website design) is owned by De Piel Bonita or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

SECTION 17 – GOVERNING LAW For customers in the United States: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in El Paso County, Texas.
